Just got up, felt a cold coming on from lack of sleep & dehydration yesterday. So slept in & kicked that colds butt. Loading up w/ smoothies

Crazy day. S/B back @ noon but Chaz had an emergency. Just got in. Tired. Getting a smartphone so I can still work/stay in touch w/clients.

Ended up getting less than 3 hrs of sleep. Tried going to bed at 1:20am. Layed down for almost an hour. Couldn't sleep had too many iideas!

So much for getting to bed early. I have to get up at 5:30 too. Ahhhh lol. Yahuwah, please allow my 4 hours of sleep to feel like 7!
