What did you have for dinner tonight? We had paleo fried chicken strips using coconut flour with seasonings for the breading, drizzled with BBQ sauce (I chose an organic chipotle one). Sides included vegan garlic & herb cauliflower mash, green beans with onions, garlic and mushrooms sautéed in lemon juice, olive oil, white wine, tamarind paste, sea salt and herbs.
