Gotta love the #synchronicity as I posted about doing Qigong for a week straight on this same day in 2014, 3 years ago. I created daily #Qigong, #TaiChi and #COREtraining challenges for @enter.shaolin on 8/1/17 to help myself and others to stay motivated to take care of our #temple daily. Today started my second week, I have not missed a session! Tonight, when I went to get Jaya to practice with me, we were joined by two of her friends who wanted to learn too. 🌻 So we enjoyed some #barefoot Qigong for some great #earthing while the #sunset. ❤️ What a great way to end the day! #fitfam #healthyfam #meditation #relaxation #bodylove
