Thank you @katievega for making our dinner and dessert extra special. She sent us a bunch of goodies and we used some of the Amish egg noodles in our dinner and had Amish goat milk fudge for dessert... YUMMY!Once you go homemade noodles, there is no going back! My next challenge is to make my homemade noodles myself : )Also Katie and I decided earlier that for the ingredients and simplicity of making fudge, people charge an insane per pound amount!
