#workoutupdate Did you workout or train today? Here is what I've been doing the last several days... Last Friday, I did 30 minutes hands with Kevin one of Larry's students, 30 minutes hands with Larry, abs, lunges, squats, pushups and Qigong. Sat. I played 30 minutes of hands with Ryan, 30 minutes hands with Phil, did some sprinting and pushups. Sun. I did 30 minute hands for a first with Greg another of Larry's students. Also did 30 minutes of hands with Larry, some Jip Sao Jao Sao and Qigong. Monday, I did 30 minutes of hands with Larry and 30 minutes of push hands with Larry. Today, I did 45 minutes of hands with Larry, jogged for 15 minutes, did sit-ups, back extensions on the roman chair, pushups and qigong.
