What I love about nachos... While there are many things I love... My favorite part is that your nacho creation is only limited to your imagination. (Granted this can be said about many things!) Tonight we had all natural garlic hummus tortilla chips toped with a red/pinto/black bean medley seasoned cuban/Jamie style. With sautéed watercress greens (oacv, ovco, organic brown sugar, paprika, cumin, Himalayan salt and cayenne) and sautéed pineapple (ovco, organic brown sugar, allspice and Himalayan salt). Plus sautéed wild whiting (vegetable broth, ovco, tequila, lime, garlic, capers, cumin, himalayan salt and cayenne, homemade salsa verde and guacamole with a side of fried plantains.
