Yea it's a total scam... Especially since this is supposedly to help farmers in the AM and to also make it lighter later.... Umm hello it's now darker in the morning and in case no one noticed for the past month the sun has been setting later and later naturally on its own. And let's not talk about how ridiculously early it gets dark in the winter time from all this fun... Or how ridiculously late the sun sets in the Summer...
