My best friend Larry and his daughter Cara joined us for a raw vegan Passover Seder. 🌻 ——— We had Charoset, bitter herbs, eggless salad on romaine leaves, marinated slightly dehydrated portobello mushrooms for our ‘lamb’ and a kale salad with a tahini lemon dressing massaged in with pomegranate seeds. ——— We also had matzah for communion and for those that wanted it for their charoset aka the kids. 😊 Larry and I had celery sticks for the charoset, yum! ——— The best part was being able to share the significance of each part of the Seder how it relates to the Israelites as well as the Messiah. Down to the matzah and why it’s pierced and striped, Yah knows what He is doing!
