It's been an interesting day. Spent it attempting to reconnect with those I have not talked to in almost a month. Been away helping my husband in the offline world. YaHuWaH always knows what's best. I needed to disconnect more than I knew, to reflect on my spiritual life, Ayden, Jaya, our family close and far, friends and what I am doing with my business... So many changes I must do, because I allowed myself to get distracted from the most important things. I will spend the next few days revamping how I will run my business and life as a whole.Started exercising again, this time I am not stopping, one week off turns to weeks, then months... Just not worth it at all!Decided to brave catching up on emails.
