A bit behind on my posting.... Here are some pics from last week's bike riding. Our goal is to ride Tues. and. Thurs. every week. Last week we did 20 miles total. Besides biking we weight lift 3x a week and 3x a week we do calisthenic type training plus Kung Fu training through out the week. Saturday's are our day of rest.
