I haven't talked about food in a bit and decided I should let you all in on what I'm doing. Over the past few years there has been a lot of experimentation with my health, some intentional and others not so much. One thing I do know is eating meat even on a semi regular basis is not working for my gut. So for the past few months I went to not eating much meat to the being completely meat free, egg free and dairy free the past several weeks. The only animal product I am consuming a few times a week to keep my allergies in check is raw honey. One thing I do know is my body is seriously grateful for the change. There's a lot more to the story, which I will share sooner than later. 😉 Here's what I ate today minus a vegan protein smoothie I whipped up after my workout this morning.
