Sooo played hands aka attacked/defended for 30 min x 2 today plus did some sprints and despite Larry telling me I worked out hard... I got home from taking the girls to wushu and decided I had not worked out hard enough. Just got done with abs, obliques, pushups, Wing Chun hand drills and dancing for 7 songs spread out in between reps. Still have my bedtime Qigong to top off the night.
