#MyWorkout today consisted of 30 minutes of hands with Larry, punching abs and obliques, sumo squats, sitting squats, leg lifts, alternating backward lunges, pushups, superman to strengthen my lower back and a Wing Chun hand drill. I also got to get a lesson from Sifu Todd, which will be out sometime next week for you to checkout. Tonight I will end my evening with Qigong and prayer. I love my new bedtime routine. I sleep so much better now. My photos represent my more playful silly side to my serious side. Really at the end of the day my photos will help me see my physical progress overtime and hopefully make you smile just a little bit! Did you workout and/or train today?
